Swiss Lodge is situated near the tip of Kawaha Point, a leafy peninsula on the Western shore of Lake Rotorua. It is just 5 minutes drive from the city centre, but away from traffic noise and sulphur fumes. This unique lake front retreat nestles in a peaceful garden setting with panoramic views over the lake. It offers a variety of luxury accommodation from ensuite bedrooms with terrace through to a self-contained penthouse apartment and entire lakeside chalet. Guests can swim from the private beach, then warm up in the lakeside open-air spa or sauna. The Lodge?s jetty is an ideal starting point for floatplane and boating excursions and complimentary green fees make a round of golf popular at the nearby 18 hole golf course. The breakfast buffet offers European breads and other specialities and guests can enjoy a gourmet meal cooked by one of the qualified chefs. Finnish soapstone fireplaces throughout ensure that Swiss Lodge is warm and inviting summer or winter.

Cancellation Policy: A fee of 25% applies to bookings cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival date and 100% is payable if cancelled within 7 days of arrival date. These fees will be charged to your credit card at the time of cancellation or in the even of a 'no-show.' If you wish to cancel your reservation online, you must do so at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. If you are cancelling within the thirty day period, you must contact the Lodge directly. In that case, your cancellation must be received at least seven days prior to your arrival date. Furthermore, all new reservations must be made at least seven days prior to your arrival date.
