Deposit and cancellation policy:

Cancellation Policy: A fee of 25% applies to bookings cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival date and 100% is payable if cancelled within 7 days of arrival date. These fees will be charged to your credit card at the time of cancellation or in the even of a 'no-show.' If you wish to cancel your reservation online, you must do so at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. If you are cancelling within the thirty day period, you must contact the Lodge directly. In that case, your cancellation must be received at least seven days prior to your arrival date. Furthermore, all new reservations must be made at least seven days prior to your arrival date.
